Born out of a passion for spicy food, this range of chilli relish (known as Sambal in Malay or as I call it Sambel), are made with fresh ingredients and will add that kick, crunch, and umami to all kinds of food.

EMBE - A recipe originating from Bali, this is a sharp and spicy sambel featuring garlic, shrimp paste, and crispy fried shallots which adds a savory twist!

KECAP - With a base of kecap manis (a sweet soy sauce) this sambel is sweet, spicy, and savory all at the same time!

KECOMBRANG - 🌷 The word means torch ginger flower or in Malay, bunga kantan! If you're a fan of Terasi, this one elevates it with some zest, crunch, and the distinctive taste of this tropical flower.

MATAH - Bursting with flavors from shallots, garlic, bird's eye chillies, lime leaves, lemongrass, and more! It's a perfect blend of spices and freshness.

TERASI - Made with chilies, shrimp paste (terasi), tomatoes, and gula melaka. This has a unique savory and umami flavor!
